In this piece of historical fiction, a young shepherd boy learns very valuable lessons

about God, life, and the prophecy that speaks of a young, handsome, unassuming,

shepherd boy named David becoming the king of Israel. Born to an obscure family

name in a town called Bethlehem, Jerusalem, David becomes the second king of Israel,

and greater than his family or anyone else could expect.

After the wretched king, King Ahaz of Israel was killed and buried with his ancestors in

Jerusalem, the people were left with no real king to rule them and began to lose their

way. Since the time of Moses and Aaron, the people would follow their own gods then

be sent someone to guide them back to their way. The people knew they needed a

leader since being freed from the Pharos’s bondage in Egypt.

This time, instead of one king to guide them until God’s chosen king would, God sent

the people judges to lead them. This time became known as the time of judges. Many

judges guided the people, but when the people began to see the lands around them

prospering and being ruled by one king, they too began to cry out to God to deliver them

a king. First God would not answer them, but when they continued to cry for a king, God

would answer them.

In around the time of 1021-1000 BC, the first king of the United Kingdom of Israel, King

Saul was anointed by Samuel, the last Judge of Israel. King Saul was noble and honest,

but he did not do all God asked him to do as king. Very anger with Saul, God sends

Samuel to let him know that he will no longer be considered king and it was time for

another.

When David is out tending to his father, Jesse’s sheep one day, he is interrupted at play

by his older brother, Eliab. David is told that he is being summoned to his father’s house

to meet with a very special guest. Dedicated to his work, at first David does not want to

go. He wishes to stay and complete his tasks and play. When David’s brother forces

him to abandon his duties and return home, his life and the life of Israel would forever.

Now in his father’s house and in the presence of Samuel, the Prophet of Israel, David is

told in front of his family, that he would become the second king of Israel. At first, David

does not understand, and his seven brothers reject the prophecy, but in time, it

becomes clear that David is destined to become the second king of Israel that truly

should have been the first.

With David’s destiny set and revealed to him, he begins to shape his life as a king.

When the Israelites are attacked and nearly destroyed by the surrounding Philistines,

they are unable to find one among them that can take on the Philistine champion and

save their people. When David arrives to help feed his brothers in King Saul’s army, He

is filled with confidence and takes on and kills Goliath, the giant oppressing David’s

people.

With the defeat of the giant, Goliath, David not only solidifies himself and his prophecy

as boy king, but also plants himself right on the radar of King Saul. First, Saul takes

David under his wing and treats him like a son to keep him close, but when David

becomes a great warrior and the people begin to accept David more than Saul over the

years, Saul vows to have David killed.

Now David must learn how to become a great king while navigating through life. He

must learn to trust and protect his band of friends through his journey. David must also

now honor God by following his commands, listen to the advice of his prophet and

mentor, learn how to love, nurture relationships with his brothers, honor his duty as king,

lead his people, and all while avoiding the man that vowed to kill him…Saul, The First

King of Israel.

Seventeen-year-old, C average, high school student, Robert ‘Rob’ Bell’s life is about to

be turned anything but average when he finds out a secret that has been hidden since the creation

of the world. That secret? Rob may be one of the last descendants of the original fallen

angels...the Nephilim!

Rob was just a baby when his father was killed. In the present day, he and his mother,

Denise are still doing their best to cope with not only Rob’s father’s absence, but the many

questions still needing answers since his mysterious death as well.

When Rob meets Johnny Avila, a very popular kid with known hardcore gangsters as

family members, the two unlikely combination form an unbreakable bond of friendship that

many do not understand, but most do not question. Growing up together, the two had a normal

friendship throughout the years. They became very close through their love of video games and

introverted personalities. It is when the third member of their pack shows up with answers, to

questions Rob never knew he had, that his world begins to unravel.

At first when their new friend, Emily appears, she is just the new, hot girl in their high

school. She too is drawn to an unlikely friendship and connection to Rob. Emily, Rob, and

Johnny become close and seem to have a normal friendship developing. Right about this time

and through tragedy, Emily reveals that she too has secrets about who she is, but also the

answers to Rob’s past and exactly who he is.

Rob begins to learn and accept the truth about not only his past, but just how important to

humanity his bloodline is through the secrets Emily reveals, but it is only about that time that

Rob finds out there are secrets that just keep coming.

Rob learns the truth about his father’s death, and his connection to the secret societies

that was formed around the third century. Their sole purpose? Keeping watch over the bloodline

of his family until the day comes when he is old enough to make a very important decision. A

decision that will either see biblical prophecy to fruition or rewrite the story of Armageddon with

evil as the victor over the world. Only his bloodline can decide.

With Rob now knowing the truth about his destiny, and that he is the last bloodline of the

fallen angels on earth, he must now accept that his blood is considered Nephilim blood, and is

the key for the third of the angels that fell from Heaven to rise again. Since he is the last of the

blood of the first fallen angels, they can use him to not only unlock their brothers and regain their

full angelic powers, but also to be able to get back into Heaven and launch a revelation to take

over, that is not prophesied.

Now, Rob has many decisions he must make. He must help decide Emily’s future and

protect her secrets, keep his best friend Johnny safe, tell his mother the truth about who he is and

how his father really died, keep these secrets from those that know him, continue to find out

more about his bloodline, and all while still having to make one very important decision that

could save the world from a hostile takeover of Heaven and Earth, by evil.

Rob, Emily, and Johnny’s journey not only has them dealing with high school bullies,

Johnny’s family’s gang turf wars, secret societies, angels, demons, and fallen angels, but also

takes them into a grey and dark parallel plane of existence. A world with magic that seems right

from their video games, and a portal into the spirit world and astral plane, that may possibly even

bring them face to face with evil itself.
