Carlos Leos is an award-winning actor, director, writer, producer, editor, and musician with over 20 years of experience across film, television, and music. As the Founder and CEO of 3Wize Media, Carlos has built a reputation for creativity, versatility, and dynamic storytelling, seamlessly transitioning between on-screen performances and behind-the-camera leadership.
Carlos’s extensive background includes fight choreography—bolstered by black belts in American Karate and Taekwondo, along with years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction—and proficiency in multiple languages, which adds authenticity to his voice acting and character work. His wide-ranging credits span from writing and producing critically recognized independent films to authoring several published novels.

Amard Efil is an award-winning writer, director, and producer, celebrated for both his groundbreaking scripts and novels. As Director of the Creative Writing Department at 3Wize Media, he oversees the development of compelling, original stories that span film, television, and literature. His works, including the acclaimed I Know A Stranger and They Call Me Marshal, have garnered multiple awards and have been successfully adapted into screenplays and series produced under the 3Wize banner. Known for his innovative storytelling approach and commitment to cultural diversity, Amard continues to shape the evolving landscape of modern entertainment, inspiring both audiences and fellow creatives around the world.

Dub B - Head of Music
Dub B is more than a stage name, it’s a movement born from rhythm, resilience, and raw truth. Emerging from the Texas music scene with a unique blend of soulful grit and lyrical sharpness, Dub B became a respected name for his storytelling, versatility, and unfiltered honesty.
His career began at an early age and in the early, 2000s, he founded the influential collective 820 Rydaz, representing the North, South, East, and West, a compass of diverse sounds and voices that helped define a new era of independent Southern music. Their performances caught regional fire, leading to label attention from Latium Entertainment, Atlantic, and Warner Music Group.
Dub B’s breakout moment came when legendary drummer and producer Buddy Miles (Band of Gypsies, Jimi Hendrix) took notice of his songwriting and stage presence. Buddy became both mentor and manager, guiding Dub B and his partner Nuno through a creative explosion that resulted in their unreleased but acclaimed hit “Fresh Ta Death.” That collaboration not only validated Dub B’s artistry but also reshaped his vision of what independent music could be... fearless, intelligent, and rooted in authenticity.
Today, Dub B’s creative reach extends far beyond the mic. He is an award-winning actor, director, writer, and producer, operating under his company 3Wize Media, where music remains the heartbeat behind his films and storytelling. His work blends rhythm and narrative, echoing the same soul that fueled his early records.
